    Loving the challenge. You’re right, it’s tough some days to squeeze in even 15 min, but I find myself looking forward to those days I can attend 60-90 min classes.

    It’s helped with my flexibility and, more importantly, with anxiety.

    I’m getting better in Bikrum at balancing stick but locust pose hurts, hurts, hurts my elbows.
