  1. My favorite health related app is myfitnesspal. I also use food planner because it helps me keep an inventory of what I have on stock, what I’m running low on, what I need to use up, and what I need to buy. I used to have an app that reminded me to drink water….. but that was silly, since I would drink when I was thirsty and actually ended up being more often than I was reminded to drink.
