  1. Sounds like a great solution – thanks for sharing! My husband Charlie does “cold brew” coffee – soaking a huge batch of ground (fabulous fair trade, locally roasted, organic) coffee for 10 hours, and then draining it off to be left with beautiful, rich coffee concentrate. We’ve had people who have always disliked coffee come back for seconds! Cold brewing gives you all of the wonderful flavor of coffee without the bitterness or acid.
