I still enjoy a good kale salad now and then: my favorite is the Carrot & Kale salad at New Seasons. (I like it so much that I did copycat on my blog!) I like the idea of the hemp seeds in this salad – they have such a great texture. I usually do a quick pan-wilt of the kale before I use it in a salad – it think it makes it much easier to eat.

I love kale salad when the kale is massaged well and dressed nicely, like in this salad! The flavors sound amazing. I would eat a whole bowl by myself!

That sounds great! My neighbor makes the most delicious kale salad that seems very similar to this! I crave it. Gonna need to try it out for myself.
